Absolutely Effective And Affordable Face wash- Suits Combination To Oily Skin!!

fabindia tea tree facewashI keep changing my face wash every now and then as I love trying new stuff. I have many face-washes, lolling around at home, but whenever I see something attractive I can’t resist and end up buying it. I have never tried anything that contains tea tree but I’ve heard a lot about its benefits for oily skin. So, when I saw this tea tree face wash from Fabindia online, I couldn’t resist myself and purchased it immediately. Fabindia products have worked great on my skin before and I was excepting good results from this face wash too.
Fabindia is an Indian company selling a variety of products. From clothing to skin-care, they sell it all. They offer quality products at reasonable rates.

Rs. 185 for 120 ml

My Experience with Fabindia Tea Tree Face Wash:

Fabindia tea tree face wash comes in a sleek light green colored tube with a flip flop cap on top. The cap shuts tightly with a clicking sound and there is no issue of leakage, so you can carry it while travelling too. It has an herbal fragrance like tea tree oil but it’s not at all overpowering. Some of you might not like the fragrance but I don’t have any issue with the scent. The texture is neither thick nor runny; you need a pea-sized amount to build a later. I have been using this face wash from the past two months, two times a day and there is still a lot of product remaining. The face wash is colorless and lathers well.
It cleanses the face completely and takes away all the dirt, giving you a squeaky clean skin. It also removes light makeup like BB cream, light compact, but doesn’t remove kajal or eyeliner. It controls oil secretion and takes away all the oil from the face. This way it prevents skin breakouts like acne, pimples and whiteheads to a great extent. It does dry my skin a bit as I have a combination skin and I need to immediately moisturize my face after using it. If you have oily skin then you won’t have any trouble with this product. I have tried many face washes before but I think this one is the best of the lot. It suits my skin perfectly and also controls breakout. I am very happy with it and will definitely repurchase it again and again.

Will I Recommend Fabindia Tea Tree Face Wash?

You bet! If you have combination to oily skin then the Fabindia Tea Tree Face Wash is a must have! It’s affordable and controls oil secretion, which prevents breakouts like acne, blackheads, and pimples. If you have dry skin, you will need to look elsewhere though as this face wash tends to make the skin dry.

Hi. Just want to share with you one of the facial cleansers I’m currently using. I normally change from time to time depending on what I think my skin needs on a specific day or period of time. For now, let me share with you my thoughts on iWhite Moisturizing Facial Wash.
I’ve tried a couple of products from this brand and I am really amazed by how effective yet affordable their products can be. Click here to see my previous reviews.
iWhite Korea Moisturizing Facial Wash
Tube type 2.46 fl.oz (70ml) – Php 139
Sachet 0.35 fl.oz (10ml) – Php 18
Get it at any Watsons brand or in department stores and supermarket nationwide.
Product Information
Mulberry Root Extract - to whiten skin for a more radiant complexion.
Panax Ginseng - to revitalize and improve skin condition.
Vitamins A, C and E - to protect skin and help it repair itself through collagen boosting properties.
How to use:
Packaging:

I love that you can get this in either tube or sachet. I think sachets are better for travelling or if you want to test it out first before buying the full sized one. In my case, I’m more drawn with the tube type because I can control the amount of product I need and it stands upside down letting me get everything until its very last portion/drop.
Both the tube and sachet are sealed which is a very good thing because we are assured that the product isn’t contaminated. Freshness guaranteed.
Aside from the product information, ingredients and how to use guide, manufacturing and expiry dates are also provided in both tube and sachet.
Left – before washing my face
Right – after washing my face using iWhite Korea Moisturizing Facial Wash
The product is very thick and lathers really well. Small pea size is what I needed to wash my whole face. As for the scent, it is very similar to their other products but this one is milder.
As you can see, it helped remove extra oil on my face but it did not make my skin look all matte. Instead, it kept my face moisturized. Trust me, it didn’t feel oily after washing my face. I also noticed my skin brightened every time I wash. Maybe it’s because it’s removing the dirt accumulated over time. It’s not long lasting though so I think this needs a little help from their other products.
What I like:
  • Sealed packaging.
  • Product information (description, ingredients, directions, manufacturing and expiry dates) provided.
  • Mildly scented.
  • Effective in removing excess oil and impurities.
  • Brightens my skin. Bye bye dull skin.
  • Non- drying facial wash.
  • Helps in lightening scars.
  • Helps in repairing skin.
  • Did not experience any untoward reactions.
  • Affordable.
  • Locally available.
What I don’t like:
  • Maybe they can innovate more on the designs of their packaging just to make it look more appealing. Not a big deal though but since I’ve seen how they changed the packaging of the Aqua Moisturizer, I think they can also do that with their other products.

Overall Rating: 4.6/5
This one is a very affordable facial wash that really gives my skin that nice glow without looking too oily. So far, my skin did not break out or anything so that’s a good thing. I also tried not removing my makeup with makeup remover and went directly to washing my face and it was able to remove most of my makeup except for my waterproof mascara. Another impressive product from iWhite Korea.

Biore Pore Unclogging Scrub

Acne is a terrible thing to deal with for anybody. As a teenager, I rarely had to deal with breakouts. But, after turning 21, I experienced what is called "adult acne". It negatively impacted my self esteem and caused depression to set in. I tried everything! I went to the dermatologist and he supplied a bunch of useless samples. I would pick up face washes & try them. For a while, they may work, but then it seemed like my skin became immune, overly dried, or irritated. Adult acne was a constant struggle.
I remember my dad once saying, "I don't understand it. You've always had nice skin".
I finally found a product that worked for me. It's the Biore Pore Unclogging Scrub. This is my favorite facial cleanser for acne and it really works well without drying my skin out. When I first started using this product, it was compared to proactive. I have tried proactive, but this product is so much cheaper and, for me, it worked better. Sometimes, I still switch to other brands & try them. I don't know why. Maybe it's their gimmicky ads. My face starts breaking out & then I always go back to my trusted Biore Pore Unclogging Scrub.
This product works so well that I thought it deserved its own hub. My husband even loves it so it's definitely a good buy for a unisex bathroom.

Spots and acne can be a nightmare at any age.  Most of us will indentify it with adolescents – all those spotty teenagers :-) – but the truth is that they can come back to us later in life as well. Hormonal disturbance can trigger a comeback of an outbreak.
Quinoderm offers a selection of product to help us battle spots and acne. One of their products is a Quinoderm Antibacterial Face Wash which I had the pleasure to try out.

When it comes to my face wash I usually pick something gentle and fragrant free, so I was a little worried about Quinoderm as it has quite a strong smell… don’t get me wrong it is quite pleasant to be honest… just like a toothpaste or a mint shower gel… anyhow after using it a couples of times it stopped bothering me so much. The other aspect of Quinoderm Antibacterial Face Wash which hit me right from the start was its colour… again I am used to clear stuff and this one is blue :-) It doesn’t really make any difference because once you spread it over your face it becomes colourless more or less, so no you don’t end up with a blue face ;-)

So Quinoderm Antibacterial Face Wash is blue and it smells of mint. It works well, I think. It left my skin feeling clean and for sure very fresh. I have been using it once a day for about two weeks now and I am very happy with the condition of my skin at this point. The only advice for anyone with a dry skin using it, do not forget to use moisturiser afterwards, as it will dry out your skin a bit. I left my face bare, on purpose, on a few occasions to see if it would make a difference, and it did make it drier than usual.
